Each and every one of them enables us to empower individuals to improve their lives through greater independence and guidance along their person centred pathways towards greater independence and wellbeing. Each individual at ADC brings something unique to our service and we are proud of each and every colleague comprising our diverse, committed and compassionate teams that allow our organisation to deliver the highest level of service.

Jean O’Hara

FOUNDER & CEO
With over two decades of experience in the Health and social care sector, Jean is able to lead Away Day Care with compassion and a vast knowledge and understanding of how best to support those people and families who access Away Day Care’s services.
Jean provides strategic direction and leadership across the entire organisation. With a deep commitment to improving health and social care services, the MD ensures that our mission and values are at the core of every decision. Jean works closely with all directors and senior management to develop policies and strategies that enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and ensure operational efficiency of the organisation at large.
Rebecca Coles

REGISTERED MANAGER
Our Registered plays a vital role in the delivery of high-quality care services here at Away Day Care. She is responsible for management of care services across our organisation, ensuring that we meet and exceed regulatory standards and provide exceptional care to our service users. Rebecca leads and supports her teams by setting an outstanding example, fostering a positive and professional environment that prioritises the well-being of both staff and service users.
Rebecca has plays a vital role in developing our service provision so that it’s personalised to the individual needs of each client, promoting a holistic approach to care that considers physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Ryan Brown

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Ryan started his career within the care sector and our organisation during his A level studies, as one of our Day Service support workers. With an interest in business operations and finance, Ryan chose to pursue his career path when embarking on his undergraduate studies at business school. He did try to get away but we just couldn’t afford to loose him and he has worked his way up to business development manager.
Anybody that knows Ryan will understand his passion for the sector and the people we support, and to say he is the engine room behind the day to day operations, as well as growth of the Away Day Care in recent years would be an understatement.
Joshua O'Hara

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Josh worked for Away Day Care through his A-level and university studies in a support role before heading off to university to study for his degree.
Josh’s remit covers all marketing and promotional activities for all our services, whilst supporting the operational and business development team. Josh also presides over all digital marketing function, encompassing the administration and management of our Website with the goal to offer a seamless and comprehensive online information provision for all current and prospective clients as well as any commissioning or referring bodies or agencies.
